We are proud to donate a portion of all artwork sales (including prints) to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Engaging with artwork, both in terms of viewing it and creating it, is known to be very beneficial to Alzheimers and Dementia patients as it can help stimulate memory as well as encourage happy thoughts and feelings. This particular initiative is very close to our heart and we believe it is important to pay homage to the generations before us by giving back and making a positive impact any way we can.

1. Foil Print - offers a metallic and shiny to compliment the tones and style of "Purple Feelings." This option also has a hard back and will be packaged up in a box for shipping.

2. Canvas Print - offers a classic, luxe feel and is made using extremely durable UV Gel technology. This option is soft and will be rolled up in a tube for shipping.

1. Will EMM Creative cover shipping costs?

In the case of an exchange or return any shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

In the case of a refund, shipping and handling fees on the original purchase are not refundable.

2. How can I process a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@emmcreativearts.com for any return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the item.

Include images in case of defected or damaged items.

3. How long will it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your request and approve the return or exchange, we will provide you with details for shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange in 2-3 business days.

4. Can I return or exchange an item in person?

If you are located in the Greater Vancouver area and would like to return your item and pick up any new items in person, let us know via email and we would be happy to accommodate the request.
