1. How do I book a #GETMELTED Photoshoot?

2. What photoshoot packages do you offer?
- We currently offer a full Melt (head to toe), half MELT (head to waist) and top MELT (head to chest). Each type of Melt package can be done in-studio, in UV light or outdoors. We also have other package add-ons and extras. Click here to learn more!
3. What kind of paint do you use during the photoshoot?
- We use water-based non-toxic paint. We recommend testing a small swatch on your skin if you have hyper sensitive skin or are prone to allergic reactions. Our paint is also safe for the environment and does not cause harm when used in an outdoor setting.
4. Can I cancel my #GETMELTED shoot?
- We completely understand if you are unwell, or something unexpected occurs. We ask that you contact us at hello@emmcreativearts.com atleast seven days before your scheduled photoshoot date to receive a full refund of your deposit.
5. Do I have to be fully nude during the photoshoot process?
- Our photoshoot process is catered to make you feel like your best self! Discuss your options with us during your consultation. You can choose to have pasties on and nude underwear or even go section by section. If being nude is really not your thing, we can discuss other options! We are here to help :)
SHOP
1. What items are considered returnable?
- Items must be unworn and unused with any tags or labels still attached
2. Will EMM Gallery cover shipping costs?
- In the case of an exchange or return any shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- In the case of a refund, shipping and handling fees on the original purchase are not refundable.
3. How can I process a return or exchange?
- Email us at hello@emmcreativearts.com for any return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the item. Include images in case of defected or damaged items. For an exchange, let us know the original purchase size and the new size you would like to order.
4. How long will it take to process a return or exchange?
- Once we receive your request and approve the return or exchange, we will provide you with details for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange in 2-3 business days.
5. Can I return or exchange an item in person?
- If you are located in the Greater Vancouver area and would like to return your item and pick up any new items in person, let us know via email and we would be happy to accommodate the request.

- Yes! We offer payment plans for Shop Purchases or #GETMELTED Photoshoots! Contact us at hello@emmcreativearts.com and we can figure out a payment plan that works for you!
